You will be responsible for data analysis and monitoring trends about the firm specifics and wider industry coverage to forecast future outcomes.
You will provide essential support for ongoing website and mobile app projects. Your insights and analytical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital initiatives, enhancing the overall customer experience, and driving the growth of the company.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in requirement documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare providers operations, services management, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on requirement gathering and documentation. Experience in website and mobile app projects is a plus.
